Key Details:
- Pay: $22- $25 per hour DOE
- Bilingual Pay Policy: We also have a Bilingual Pay Policy! If you pass the language proficiency test, you are eligible to receive a $1.25 per hour increase
- Schedule: Full-time; M-F; 7:30 am – 4 pm
- Location: 18633 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR
Who You Are: You’re a detail oriented, collaborative professional with a passion for improving dental operations. You thrive in both independent and team settings and are comfortable working with data and patients alike. Other qualifications include:
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations and terminology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; data visualization tools a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with patient outreach and engagement
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in community health or nonprofit settings is a plus
What You’ll Do: As the Dental Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the efficiency and strategic goals of our dental department. A typical day will consist of:
- Managing and analyzing dental operations data
- Maintaining dashboards and tracking KPIs
- Coordinating daily clinic operations and optimizing schedules
- Conducting patient outreach
- Collaborating with care teams and leadership to implement data-informed strategies
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts
- Participating in cross-functional planning and meetings
